Such wording does not mean that Simhastha.org.in itself is an official authority.
Users should verify important, time-sensitive, legal, safety, travel, volunteer or administrative information directly from the relevant competent authority.

-
request appropriate consent or verification;
-
restrict particular Platform features;

A Certificate issued to a learner does not itself establish that the learner satisfies the age or eligibility requirements of any government or external volunteer programme.

4. Account Registration
Some Platform features require creation of an Account.
You agree to:
-
provide accurate, current and complete information;

Where specific programme terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific programme terms will apply to that programme to the extent of the conflict.
SIMHASTHA VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
6. Nature of Volunteer Applications
Any volunteer form, volunteer profile, volunteer interest registration, volunteer community registration or similar facility operated by Simhastha.org.in is an independent Platform facility unless expressly identified otherwise.
Submitting such an application:
-
does not constitute an application submitted to a government authority;
-
does not constitute official Simhastha volunteer registration;
-
does not make the applicant an official Simhastha volunteer;
-
does not create a right to selection;
-
does not guarantee deployment;
-
does not provide access to restricted areas;
-
does not provide an official government identity card;
-
does not guarantee accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, reimbursement, stipend or payment;
-
does not create employment with Simhastha.org.in;
-
does not create employment with any government authority;
-
does not create an agency relationship; and
-
does not guarantee consideration by any external organisation.
Official volunteer recruitment, eligibility, verification, training and deployment, if undertaken by government or event authorities, will remain subject to their own rules and decisions.
7. Volunteer Information
A Volunteer Application may request information reasonably relevant to the programme or feature.
You must provide truthful information.
You should not provide unnecessary confidential, financial, medical, identification or other highly sensitive information unless the relevant form specifically requests such information for a disclosed purpose.
Submitting false qualifications, false identity documents, fabricated experience, impersonated information or materially misleading statements may result in rejection, suspension, removal from the programme or cancellation of associated Certificates.
Submission of an application does not require Simhastha.org.in to process, approve, forward or act upon it unless expressly stated.
8. Future Volunteer Opportunities
Simhastha.org.in may publish or communicate information concerning independent volunteering, community initiatives or opportunities announced by third parties.
Such information does not constitute a promise of:
-
selection;
-
appointment;
-
employment;
-
official recognition;
-
acceptance by government authorities; or
-
participation in Simhastha 2028.
Where an opportunity belongs to an external organisation, its own eligibility criteria and terms will apply.
SIMHASTHA VOLUNTEER ACADEMY
9. Nature of the Academy
The Simhastha Volunteer Academy is an independent educational and awareness initiative provided through Simhastha.org.in.

-
Certificates of Achievement.
The Academy is designed to improve awareness, knowledge and understanding.
It is not a substitute for official operational training that may be required by government, police, emergency, medical, disaster-management or event authorities.
10. No Official Volunteer Qualification
Completing Academy content or earning a Certificate:
does not automatically make a learner an officially appointed Simhastha volunteer.
Academy completion does not:
-
constitute government training;
-
constitute police or emergency-response certification;
-
provide authority to manage crowds;
-
authorise medical treatment;
-
authorise access to restricted or controlled areas;
-
provide governmental powers;
-
guarantee volunteer selection;
-
guarantee employment;
-
guarantee placement;
-
guarantee accreditation;
-
guarantee academic credit; or
-
replace training required by the competent authorities.
Users must always comply with instructions issued by authorised personnel during any real-world event.
11. Learning Content
Academy content is provided for educational purposes and may use examples, scenarios or hypothetical situations to explain responsible behaviour.
Real-world situations may differ significantly.
Users should not interpret Academy material as authorisation to:
-
perform medical procedures;
-
exercise police powers;
-
physically control crowds;
-
enter restricted zones;
-
disregard official instructions;
-
undertake rescue operations beyond their skills; or
-
take actions reserved for trained professionals.
Where immediate safety, medical, law-enforcement or emergency assistance is required, users should rely on the appropriate competent services and authorities.
12. Assessments
Eligibility for a Certificate may depend on satisfying assessment requirements displayed by the Academy.
These requirements may include:
-
completion of required modules;
-
completion of quizzes;
-
minimum assessment scores;
-
passing required assessments;
-
final assessment completion;
-
compliance with attempt rules; and

Question banks, questions, answer order, attempt rules and assessment structures may vary between users.
We may reasonably update educational content and assessment requirements prospectively to preserve educational quality or prevent abuse.

use automated tools to manipulate assessments;
-

obtain answers through unauthorised access;
-
impersonate another learner;
-
complete assessments on behalf of another person;
-
allow another person to complete assessments for you;
-

We may investigate suspicious activity and withhold, cancel or revoke a Certificate where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, impersonation, manipulation or material violation of Academy rules.
CERTIFICATES
14. Certificate of Achievement
Certificates issued through the Simhastha Volunteer Academy are independent educational Certificates of Achievement issued by Simhastha.org.in / Simhastha Volunteer Academy.

a university degree;
-
an academic diploma;
-
a statutory licence;
-
a professional licence;

a government volunteer identity document;
-
an employment credential issued by a government authority; or

a guarantee of appointment or selection.
Users must not represent a Certificate in a misleading manner.
15. Certificate Verification
Where digital verification is available, Certificates may contain:
-
a unique certificate number;
-
QR code;
-
verification URL or mechanism; or
-
other verification information.
The verification system may display limited information necessary to establish authenticity, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
A verification result confirms only that the relevant Certificate record exists in the Simhastha.org.in system and has not been revoked at the time of verification.
It does not confirm official government recognition.
16. Certificate Revocation
We may mark a Certificate as cancelled, invalid or revoked where reasonably necessary because of:
-
fraud;
-
false identity;
-
assessment manipulation;
-
technical exploitation;
-
material error in issuance;
-
account compromise;
-
violation of Academy integrity rules; or
-
unlawful use of the Certificate.
Where reasonably practicable, affected users may contact us to request review of a revocation decision.

We may moderate Community features and may remove, restrict or disable content or Accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
19. User Content
You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights that you hold in User Content.
By submitting User Content to a Platform feature intended for publication, sharing or community display, you grant Simhastha.org.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically format, display and distribute that content solely as reasonably required to operate, maintain, moderate, secure and provide the Platform.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to Simhastha.org.in.
If you delete content or your Account, residual technical copies may remain temporarily in backups or records where retention is reasonably necessary for security, compliance, dispute handling or legal obligations.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit your User Content.
20. Community Content Is Not Endorsed
Statements, advice, recommendations or information posted by members represent the views of the relevant users unless expressly identified as Platform content.
Simhastha.org.in does not automatically verify or endorse every user contribution.
Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.
Community services are not emergency-response channels and should not be relied upon to obtain urgent medical, police, disaster-management or safety assistance.

21. Website Affiliate Relationships
Simhastha.org.in may participate in affiliate, referral, advertising or commercial partnerships.
Where appropriate, the Platform may receive commissions or other compensation when users follow eligible links, make bookings or complete qualifying transactions through third-party partners.

22. User Affiliate or Referral Programme

-
approval by Simhastha.org.in;
-
these Terms;
-
any separate Affiliate Programme Terms;
-

-
applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements; and

Affiliates may not describe themselves as employees, government representatives or authorised officials unless specifically authorised in writing.
23. Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial or referral relationship wherever required by applicable law, advertising standards or Platform rules.

chargebacks;
-
duplicate transactions;

TRAVEL AND THIRD-PARTY FACILITATION
25. Travel Enquiries and Assistance
Simhastha.org.in may provide travel information, pilgrimage-planning assistance, hotel suggestions, accommodation information or referral facilities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Simhastha.org.in acts only as an information, assistance or facilitation platform and does not itself operate the hotel, transport, tour or accommodation service.
Where a user requests assistance and authorises relevant information to be shared, the information may be shared with appropriate Third-Party Providers as described in the relevant form and Privacy Policy.
26. Third-Party Bookings
Contracts for hotel rooms, transportation, tours, insurance or other third-party services are generally between the user and the relevant Third-Party Provider unless Simhastha.org.in expressly states that it is the contracting service provider.
